How do I take part in the prize draw?

Between 6.11.2026 and 15.01.2027, get your income paid into a Citadele account at least once, with a single payment of no less than 500 EUR***

  • Set up a Piggybank through the Citadele app by 15.01.2027. It’s fast and free!
  • Fill in a registration form by 15.01.2027.
  • * Private individuals aged 18 and over can take part, if they are a Citadele customer and for at least three months before the beginning of the prize draw period they have received no regular income of at least 500 EUR per month in a Citadele account under their name.
  • We will draw the winners at random on 28.01.2027, publish the results on citadele.lv, and inform the winners through the online bank.
  • Winners must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the notification by emailing info@citadele.lv, and they must sign an application for receiving the winnings by 11.02.2027.

** Rate valid as of 14.05.2025. Annual percentage rate may change. Interest is calculated based on average monthly balance, assuming that a year has 360 days and a month has 30 days, and is disbursed at the end of every month. Private individuals can only open one Piggybank account. The maximum amount on which interest is calculated is 10 000 EUR. The state guarantees the repayment of your deposits in Citadele up to 100 000 EUR. For more information, see Basic Information on Deposit Protection.
*** Income is, for example, your salary, pension, social benefits, rental income, transfers from private individuals, transfers from your own account at another credit institution, and other incoming payments with the exception of income from gambling.

  • Now all you have to do is have your income of at least 500 EUR in a single payment paid into your Citadele account at least once between 06.11.2026 and 15.01.2027, and register for the prize draw.
  • Private individuals aged 18 and over can take part in the prize draw if they are a Citadele customer and for at least three months before the beginning of the prize draw period they have received no regular income of at least 500 EUR per month in a Citadele account under their name.
