What services are included in Full Service Lease?

We adapt Full Service Lease to the needs of each customer. The rental fee can include one or more of the below services:

Maintenance fees are included in the rental fee. It is undertaken at intervals set by the manufacturer and at their authorised service centre, to:

  • ensure the manufacturer warranty;
  • ensure the car works safely and properly;
  • keep the car in a suitable technical condition throughout the rental period.

As part of Full Service Lease, our partner takes over all the administrative work linked with service and repairs:

  • keeping up with maintenance deadlines;
  • organising service appointments;
  • approving repairs and costs according with the terms of the agreement;
  • ensuring you get priority service.

This means no unplanned expenses for regular maintenance. You don’t have to waste time contacting the service centre, approving costs or managing documentation — our partner will take care of it all.

When you visit the service centre, you can:

  • leave the car in the car park of the service centre and deposit the keys in a parcel locker outside the business hours of the service centre;
  • pick up your car and keys outside of business hours.

This ensures maximum flexibility and convenience, allowing you to adapt your visit to your schedule.

The car will be insured for the entire rental period:

  • OCTA;
  • KASKO.

In case of a traffic accident, our partner will:

  • help you prepare the necessary documentation;
  • contact the insurer;
  • promptly organise repairs;
  • ensure you can use the car again as soon as possible.

In the above situation, you must inform us within 24 hours of the accident and follow instructions. Everything else will be administered by our partner.

You won’t have to plan to buy, change or store your tyres — it will all be organised centrally and promptly.

This service includes:

  • seasonal tyre purchase (in accordance with the type and amount stated in the agreement);
  • tyre change twice per year;
  • tyre balancing;
  • tyre storage between seasons;
  • disposal of worn-down tyres.

If your car has an unexpected defect which prevents you from continuing your journey or requires the towing of your car, we provide:

  • 24/7 technical support;
  • free towage within the Baltics;
  • consultations and practical help at any time of the day.

You get safety and support regardless of the situation.

We will inform you promptly about technical inspection deadlines and organise the process so that you can take the car to be inspected at a time that’s convenient to you, without extra fuss.

This service includes:

  • state technical inspection fee;
  • vehicle operation tax.
  • CSDD service fees.
