Explore the role

  • Uzraudzīt klientu kredītspēju un izvērtēt hipotekāro un patēriņa kredītu pieteikumus, lai palīdzētu klientiem sasniegt viņu finansiālos mērķus;

  • Pieņemt atbildīgus un uz datiem balstītus kredītlēmumus, izmantojot  profesionālo pieredzi un nodrošinot savlaicīgus lēmumus;

  • Identificēt un īstenot stratēģiskus uzlabojumus, lai pilnveidotu kredītprocesus un palielinātu portfeļa rentabilitāti, vienlaikus samazinot riskus;

  • Sadarboties ar kolēģiem, dalīties pieredzē un veidot vienotu pieeju politiku un labāko prakšu ieviešanā;

Explore the criteria

  • Augstākā izglītība finanšu, jurisprudences, ekonomikas vai līdzīgā jomā;

  • Vismaz trīs gadu pieredze darbā ar finanšu pakalpojumiem vai kredītproduktiem;

  • Praktiska pieredze kredītanalīzē un spēja analizēt un interpretēt finanšu datus;

  • Spēja efektīvi strādāt gan patstāvīgi, gan komandā;

  • Brīva igauņu valodas prasme (C2 līmenī) un ļoti laba angļu valoda (C1) nepieciešama sadarbībai Baltijas līmenī;

  • Citu valodu zināšanas tiks uzskatītas par priekšrocību;

  • Gatavība strādāt maiņu grafikā, tostarp arī brīvdienās, saskaņā ar iepriekš sastādītu darba grafiku.

Our recruitment process

We want to make sure you know what to expect during the recruitment. In case you will have any questions or doubts, one of our friendly Talent Project Managers will guide you through.

Application

We usually start the screening process two weeks after the initial job posting. You might not receive any updates during the CV gathering period.

CV screening

We'll contact you regardless of the outcome. If you haven't received an email, it means that we're still screening candidates.

Interviews

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.

Decision

We will always share our feedback and decision regarding your recruitment process. If it’s a match, we will do a reference & background check. If all adds up nicely, we will make you an offer, and hope you will join us to create opportunities!
