Decision tree

In order to partially repay the loan before term, you must:

• submit an electronically or physically signed order;
• transfer the amount stated in the order into the loan repayment account.

You can submit the order:

• in person at any Citadele branch;
• through the Citadele online bank, if you have access to this service;
• by email to info@citadele.lv. In this case, you will have to sign the order using a secure electronic signature.

Submitting the order through the online bank
After logging in to the online bank, go to Lending and Leasing, select the loan to be repaid, select Apply for amendments to agreement, then fill in the necessary fields.

Submitting the order by email

To sign using eParaksts:

• prepare the order, making sure to include your name, surname, personal code, loan agreement number and reason for submitting the order;
• go to eparaksts.lv and upload the order;
• sign on eParaksts and forward to info@citadele.lv.

To sign using SMART ID QES:

• prepare the order, making sure to include your name, surname, personal code, loan agreement number and reason for submitting the order;
• go to dokobit.com/lv/, register for free and upload the order;
• sign using SMART ID QES and forward to info@citadele.lv.
