How does it work?

  • Pay with Apple Pay anywhere contactless payments are available, as well as on apps or online without the need to fill in a registration form or create a new account.
  • Confirm payments with Face ID, Touch ID or your phone password. The payment limit is the same as for your payment card.
  • Your full card number is never stored on your device or on Apple servers, and it can’t be shared with merchants.
  • Works on iPhone SE and newer models, Apple Watch, iPad, and MacBook devices with Touch ID or Face ID authentication.

How to add your card?

Add your payment card to Apple Pay right in the app. If you have not registered your phone number with the bank, log in to the online bank and add or update your phone number under Profile > Contact information.

In the Citadele app under Cards, select your card and press Add to Apple Wallet.

How to pay?

Paying in stores

You can pay using your iPhone or Apple Watch at retail locations which support contactless payments in the same way as a contactless card. To pay with Face ID, double-click the side button, glance at your screen, then hold iPhone near the card reader. For Touch ID, hold your iPhone near the reader with your finger on Touch ID. On Apple Watch, double-click the side button and hold Apple Watch up to the card reader.

Paying in apps and on websites

To pay on websites, you have to use Safari. When choosing goods, select Checkout with Apple Pay and confirm the payment using Face ID or Touch ID. If you are using older MacBook pro without Touch ID, you can confirm payment with other Apple device, such as iPhone. To pay in apps, look for button Pay with Apple Pay.
