Explore the role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital customer journeys across channels such as emails, banners, etc.

  • Design personalized and engaging email campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects.

  • Analyse customer behaviour and campaign data to continuously optimize journey flows for improved engagement and conversions.

  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and other relevant metrics.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and customer experience.

  • Monthly gross salary in Latvia ranges from €2,600 to €3,400, and in Lithuania from €3,500 to €4,300, depending on your skills and experience.

Explore the criteria

  • At least 2 years experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or customer journey mapping.

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, email platforms, and analytics.

  • Experience in banking or finance (advantage).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong focus on customer service.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Sense of responsibility, initiative and openness to innovation.

  • Fluent English are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level.
