  • Pārvaldīt biznesa sistēmu ieviešanu un konfigurēšanu, nodrošinot to saderību un funkcionalitāti;

  • Nodrošināt tehnisko atbalstu un konsultēt lietotājus, efektīvi risinot ar IT saistītos jautājumus;

  • Uzraudzīt sistēmu darbību un resursu izmantošanu, veicot nepieciešamos uzlabojumus efektivitātes paaugstināšanai;

  • Pārvaldīt biznesa lietojumprogrammu izvietošanu un konfigurēšanu;

Explore the criteria

  • Bakalaura grāds vai augstāka izglītība IT vai saistītā jomā;

  • Darba pieredze biznesa sistēmu uzturēšanā un atbalstā, kā arī padziļināta izpratne par sistēmu administrēšanu un IT infrastruktūru;

  • Izpratne par servisa atbalstu, atbalsta dienestu un problēmu pārvaldības principiem;

  • Labas MS SQL zināšanas;

  • Pieredze versiju kontroles sistēmās, piemēram, SVN, Git;

  • Pieredze darbā ar Jenkins nepārtrauktai integrācijai un izvietošanai vai ar Zabbix vai citiem sistēmu uzraudzības rīkiem;

  • Brīvas latviešu valodas zināšanas un labas angļu valodas prasmes, jo saziņa notiek ar Baltijas kolēģiem, kā arī darbam ar iekšējām sistēmām.
