Make sure that partial payment is possible if the total amount of the invoice exceeds the single payment limit specified in the agreement.

Depending on the company, if a company does not offer partial payment and the E-invoice amount is bigger than the amount/limit of a single payment specified by you, the automatic invoice payment will not be made. If the company offers partial payment, the E-invoice will be paid within the specified limit. In that case:

1. Make a full or partial payment of the invoice yourself: Payments > New payment
2. If invoices for big amounts are expected from the service provider in the future, adjustments must be made in the existing agreement, indicating a bigger maximum single payment amount/limit: Payments > Regular payment of e-invoices > to the specific agreement > Change.
