Balcia Insurance SE's purchase insurance policy covers the difference in price if the store where you purchased a product reduces the price by 20 EUR or more within 30 days of purchase.
The following cannot be take into account when calculating the price difference:

• Gift cards, coupons, loyalty cards or employee bonus programmes;
• Prices for service agreements, special financing or additional benefits (delivery, setup etc.);
• Prices set if the seller becomes insolvent, goes into liquidation or is liquidated, the store is closed for reconstruction, or for prices set for cash purchases;
• Special campaigns (such as Black Friday, end of the season etc.), sales;
• Prices set for specific customer categories (club or association members, etc.).
