How did you received new card?

You have received a new card with your new account

At the branch, we have issued you your new card and PIN code. 

In order to use this card for payments, you must activate your new card if this was not done at the branch. You can activate it in the online bank or mobile app. Read more on how to activate your card at Card Activation.
For greater convenience, we recommend using the Citadele app to adapt your card settings to your needs: contactless payments, online payments, PIN code change, card blocking and card limits. More on the app’s functions here
