Who can log in to the Business Portal?

Any legal customer and representative of a legal customer who, in accordance with their Citadele online banking agreement, has full access rights to the business current account and to log in on behalf of the company to third party and banking websites.

The Business Portal is not intended for private customers, with the exception of self-employed people engaged in economic activity. In order for self-employed people to log in to the portal, they should first contact our customer support team to check that their status as engaging in economic activity is registered in our database.
