How does it work?

The creator and recipient of the task must be:

Citadele for Customer, have with a downloaded and working Citadele app. It is also necessary to activate payments to phone number (in app under Settings > Link phone number).
Task creator must be at least 18 years old and task recipient must be at least 7 years old.
In the “more” section of the Citadele app, choose “tasks” and create your first task!
