Travel insurance is valid for the first 90 calendar days per trip, while the number of trips per year is not limited. Travel insurance amounts are attributed to X card users under 80 years of age (included). Customers over 80 are not insured.

- The customer must be older than 25;
- The customer’s deductible for each incident 100 EUR;
- Also valid for trips within the customer’s country of residence.

Balcia covers
- The part of the deductible, which is withheld from the client by the vehicle short-term rental/lease company for sudden and unexpected physical damage caused to the vehicle that the client rents/rents during the Trip;
- The cost of replacing keys (€500 limit);
- Deductible for each case is 100 EUR.

You must submit the following to Balci:
- Car rental agreement;
- High-quality photos of the damage;
- The rental company’s invoice with transcript;
- Documents confirming payments made by you.
