Application for inheritance payment

Please provide your personal data accurately, as we require this information to contact you and provide information regarding the selected service. Information about the processing of your personal data is available in the Privacy Protection Rules of AS Citadele banka.

• We accept inheritance certificates remotely only if they are issued in the Republic of Latvia and signed by a notary using a qualified electronic signature, provided that the total balance of the deceased person's accounts with our bank does not exceed 10 000 EUR.
• If you are the sole heir, please download and complete the form:

• If you are one of several heirs, please download and complete the form:
  Application for payment of inherited funds to one of several heirs.
• If there are several heirs, please attach the inheritance distribution agreement.
• If you are not our client, or if you are our client but have not updated your identification document with the bank, please attach a valid identification document.
• All documents submitted electronically (including the identification document) must be signed with a qualified electronic signature.
• The fee for reviewing inheritance documents according to the bank's price list is 25 EUR.

• Please submit the payment order together with all other required documents.
• We will contact you regarding your application within 1–3 business days.

Please note that, in the event of a positive decision on the inheritance payment, a commission fee will be charged in accordance with the bank's price list.
