Explore the role

  • Communicate with product and tech teams to identify product needs and translate them into successful design solutions;

  • Research user behaviour and feedback, identify development opportunities and improve customer experience;

  • Brainstorm new ideas, design and prototype user experiences for new features, iterate rapidly using lo-fi methods;

  • Conduct usability testing, identify UX problems, and communicate insights;

  • Present new ideas and possible solutions to different audiences;

  • Improve and follow companies’ design guidelines and best practices to maintain consistent, high-quality design across all digital products;

  • Monthly salary according to your expertise starting from 3000 - 4000 EUR gross before taxes (Lithuania/Latvia).


Explore the criteria

  • At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience in web and mobile solutions;

  • Proficiency in Figma;

  • Understanding of user-centred design principles, responsive design and mobile-first approach;

  • Proactivity in researching UI/UX design trends and providing suggestions;

  • Excellent attention to details, ability to manage your time and tasks;

  • Strong portfolio showing a range of your UI/UX work;

  • Proficient communication and presentation abilities in English as well as Latvian or Lithuanian languages.

Our recruitment process

We want to make sure you know what to expect during the recruitment. In case you will have any questions or doubts, one of our friendly Talent Project Managers will guide you through.



We usually start the screening process two weeks after the initial job posting. You might not receive any updates during the CV gathering period.


CV screening

We'll contact you regardless of the outcome. If you haven't received an email, it means that we're still screening candidates.



Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.



We will always share our feedback and decision regarding your recruitment process. If it’s a match, we will do a reference & background check. If all adds up nicely, we will make you an offer, and hope you will join us to create opportunities!
