Explore the role

  • Deep dive in Financial Markets products bits and pieces, acknowledge yourself with processes and procedures governing product offering to bank clients;

  • Take lead and responsibility in ensuring smooth daily operation of Financial Markets products;

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Compliance, product development, IT and other structures of the bank;

  • Initiate and run product development projects, work with internal and external stakeholders;

  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement;

  • Monthly salary according to your expertise in a range from 2300 - 4000 EUR gross before taxes.


Explore the criteria

  • A degree and experience in the field of banking, business, economics or finance;

  • Passionate about process management and product development;

  • Acquiring knowledge of financial market concepts;

  • Experience in Financial Markets or with related products will be seen as strong advantage;

  • Strong process management, analytical, prioritization, negotiating, communication skills;

  • Creative, initiative, proactive personality, able to work both individually and in a team;

  • Fluent in Latvian and English languages (both written and verbal).

Our recruitment process

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
