Explore the role

  • Drive strategy and long-term vision to build the best digital solutions for the customers;

  • Identify and translate the need of users into digital business opportunities, develop digital products;

  • Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to manage roadmap and backlog for digital products, ensuring that IT delivers on time and per expectation;

  • Become a key player in our quest to innovate the digital finance app landscape;

  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement;

  • Monthly salary according to your expertise in a range from 3500 - 4500 EUR gross before taxes.


Explore the criteria

  • Experience in creating and developing digital solutions;

  • Experience in usability and customer-focused design;

  • Understand the concepts of UX/UI;

  • Familiar with Scrum and Agile;

  • Strong project management, analytical, prioritization, negotiating, communication skills;

  • Creative, initiative, proactive personality, able to work both individually and in a team;

  • Fluent in Latvian and English languages (both written and verbal).

Our recruitment process

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
