Lead the development and implementation of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business control processes;

Lead the development and implementation of financial planning, including business case development, scenario analysis, profitability assessments, and cost allocation;

Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the management team of the Group;

Collaborate across the Group to ensure alignment of financial goals and business objectives;

Support regulatory oversight processes, such as ICAAP, stress tests and others;

Develop and lead a high-performing team of business controllers and financial analysts;

Monthly salary according to your expertise in a range:

Latvia from 5000 to 6000 EUR gross before taxes

Lithuania from 5500 to 7000 EUR gross before taxes

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred;

10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the banking sector;

Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau, complemented by hands-on experience with SQL and automation tools to streamline operations and drive efficiency;

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to senior  stakeholders;

Fluent English skills due Pan Baltic cooperation;

Proven track record of strategic thinking and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
