Research and gather information about client requirements, business plans, the functionality of the business systems being developed, and their interaction with other systems;

Analyse user requirements, business processes, and problems to automate or improve existing processes;

Model and enhance business processes to ensure efficiency and productivity. This includes analysing existing processes and designing new ones;

Define tasks for developers and consult them during system development to successfully implement the project according to the client’s business requirements;

Monthly salary in Latvia 2500€ to 2900 € gross based on your skills and previous experience, Estonia - according to your expertise and based on your skills and previous experience.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, computer science, or a related field;

At least 2 years of experience as a business systems analyst;

Excellent analytical skills and an evidence-based, informative approach;

Ability to clearly explain complex business concepts in well-written documentation for development teams;

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders, both in writing and verbally;

Fluent English language is required due Pan Baltic role (spoken and written);

High sense of responsibility.
