Explore the role

  • Design and implement backend services and APIs for our banking apps used by customers and employees;  

  • Understand and evolve existing system design;  

  • Diagnose and resolve system problems;  

  • Work closely with QA on test automation;  

  • Work closely with Operations on deployment and monitoring automation;

  • Contribute to front-end development and design improvements whenever necessary;

  • Monthly salary according to your expertise starting from 3000 - 4800 EUR gross before taxes.

Explore the criteria

  • Mandatory at least 3+ years experience in Java and Spring based software development;  

  • Knowledge of application development lifecycle (we use Git, Jenkins/Azure Pipelines, Gradle);  

  • Experience with relation databases (we use Postgres);  

  • Familiar with distributed systems, microservices, cloud services (We use Azure);

  • Strong analytical skills;  

  • Fluent level of English and Lithuanian (both oral and written).

Interviews

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
