Explore the role

  • Support and improve Baltic-wide life and non-life insurance journeys with our internal teams and partner insurers — from idea to launch to iteration.  

  • Coordinate cross-market execution, keeping documentation, disclosures and processes tidy and compliant.  

  • Track performance, learn fast, and turn insights into simple customer improvements. 

  • Be the go-to person for day-to-day insurance topics — life first, with room to learn non-life.  

  • Monthly gross salary in Latvia ranges from €2,500 to €3,100 gross, and in Lithuania from €2,700 to €3,500 gross, depending on your skills and experience.

Explore the criteria

  • 2–4 years in insurance, banking or fintech (product, underwriting, or partnerships exposure is a plus). 

  • Comfort with numbers and curiosity about what drives customer adoption and retention. 

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a passion for ensuring clarity and successful delivery.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for communication at the Pan-Baltic level.

Interviews

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
