Explore the role

  • Contribute to Management Reporting of the Citadele Group.

  • Participate in budgeting, forecast and related financial modelling processes.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly performance results.

  • Ensure continuous and timely reporting deliverables.

  • Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations for business cases, ad hoc requests, and projects of varying complexity.

  • Support process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and data reliability.

  • Monthly salary based on your skills and previous experience: Latvia - from 3000 to 4000 EUR gross before taxes; Lithuania - from 4000 to 5000 EUR gross before taxes.

Explore the criteria

  • Academic degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Finance Business Partner, Financial Controller and/or Analyst in financial sector.

  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with a large amount of data.

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, advantage - SQL and BI tools.

  • Fluent local language (Latvian or Lithuanian) and English are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level.

  • Experience in regulatory, management (revenue, operating expenses) reporting, financial modelling - considered as an advantage.
