C airBaltic

Why doesn't the amount I have spent match the number of airBaltic Club points I have earned?

There can be several reasons why airBaltic Club points earned differ from the total amount you spent:

  • airBaltic Club points are calculated after transactions are settled, not at the time of payment. Pending transactions are not included;
  • airBaltic Club points are calculated based on the total daily amount, not per individual transaction. The daily total is rounded down to whole euros, so cents are not counted;
  • only eligible purchases earn airBaltic Club points — certain transactions (such as cash withdrawals, transfers, or similar payments) are excluded;
  • if a purchase is refunded or cancelled, the corresponding airBaltic Club points are deducted;
  • if you had a negative airBaltic Club points balance (for example, after a refund), newly earned airBaltic Club points may first offset that balance;
  • airBaltic Club points are only earned if your C airBaltic card is linked to your airBaltic Club profile at the time of the purchase.
