How to sign up for C airBaltic card program?

You can join C airBaltic card program if you are a Citadele private client who is of legal age and holds C airBaltic card.  To join  C airBaltic card program, you need to link your C airBaltic card to your airBaltic Club account in Citadele mobile application. If you do not yet have an airBaltic Club account, you must first create one at www.airbaltic.com and then link it to your C airBaltic card. 

You can complete the linking through the Citadele mobile application as follows:

• log in, navigate to Cards, select C airBaltic, and link your C airBaltic card to your airBaltic Club account;
• enter an email address associated with your airBaltic Club account;
• If the email address is linked to your airBaltic Club account, you will receive an one-time password from airBaltic by email. The one-time password must be entered in Citadele mobile application registration form to complete the process;
• If the email address is not linked to your airBaltic Club account, you will receive instructions on how to create an airBaltic Club account. If the email is already connected to another C airBaltic card, you will be advised to update the information through your airBaltic Club account.
