How can I issue a refund to a customer?

You can issue a refund if the customer has made a purchase by card in the online store. 

The refund function can be found in the Business Portal under Feed next to the transaction sum. Click on the three dots, then select the refund option for a full or partial refund. 

Bear in mind that if a refund option does not appear in the menu, the transaction was probably made using a different payment method, such as a MULTILINK online banking payment or bank transfer. In these cases, you must issue a refund through the online bank by transferring the money from your business account to your customer’s account.
