Where to apply and what documents are needed if the insured person passes away? 

If the insured person has passed away, the beneficiary or legal heir must: 

  • Fill in the claim form here. 
  • Provide a copy of their passport or ID card.
  • Provide a copy of the insured person’s death certificate.
  • If applying as an heir – attach the inheritance certificate.
