    Deposits that are automatically renewed are subject to the interest rate and the terms and conditions of the deposit agreement in force on the date of the extension.

    You can freely access your savings at any time by transferring them from your Saving Account to your current account without prior notice and without commission, by making a Payment between own accounts or making a New Payment.

    There are no minimum amounts, the Savings account can deposit even small amounts. Discipline yourself for larger savings can be helped by a Savings Account with a signed regular payment.

    Savings accounts are a safe place to keep your money because all deposits made by consumers are insured for amounts up to 100 000 EUR.

     

    If the signed deposit agreement does not indicate that the agreement will be extended automatically, the deposit sum plus any accrued interest will be transferred to your bank account. If the deposit agreement indicates that the contract will be renewed automatically, the deposit will be extended for the same term under the conditions in force on the date of the extension.

    If you would like your deposit to be automatically (not) extended after the deposit deadline, you must contact the bank and fill in a request to change the terms of the automatic deposit extension. The terms of the deposit renewal can also be changed upon request in the Citadele Online Bank.

    All deposit agreements can be terminated at a bank branch or upon request through the Citadele Online Bank.
