Can you log into the online bank to make changes?

How do I log into the online bank and app if both my device and phone number have changed?

First, you must change your phone number in the online bank. To do this, visit the online bank under Profile > Contact Information.

Under Client Information, check whether your declared address is correct.
If your address has not changed, select No.
You can change your phone number under Mobile Phone. 
You can also add your overseas phone number: enter the country code and your phone number, and select Next.
Confirm the changes using your authorisation device: MobileSCAN, code card or GO3/calculator.
  
If you chose to only change your phone number, this will happen as soon as you confirm the changes. 
You can follow the status of your request through the online bank under Document History.
 
If you cannot access the online bank because you have changed your phone number and you can no longer use your old one, contact us by calling 67010000. Be ready to state your password, which we will need to identify you.
