How do I unblock my payment card in the app?

To unblock a payment card which has been temporarily blocked, you must go to the app under Cards, select the blocked card and click Unblock Card.

This function is not available if you are logged into the Citadele app using a code card. We invite you to unblock your card in Online banking, see instructions here.
