Due to war in Ukraine, are there any changes in my legal obligations with the bank (mortgage, consumer loans, etc.)?

No, there are no changes in client`s legal obligations. Citadele is closely following the developments in Ukraine and new sanction policy. At the moment Citadele Bank provides financial services as usual, and there is no reason to worry.
We are taking action to the best of our abilities to care of our customers, and the protection of clients' funds is our top priority. However, if any changes will be required, Citadele Bank will inform clients personally.
Every client is invited to approach the bank in case of any financial challenges to find a mutual solution.
