How do I add or increase my card’s credit limit?

In order to add a credit limit to your card or increase your existing one, you must have a confirmed loan offer. You can fill in an application for a loan offer here. If you already have an active loan offer, you can view it on our website under My Applications. Before adding or increasing your credit limit, view the maximum credit limit for each different C card. You can add or increase your credit limit through the Citadele app or in the Citadele online bank.

Mobile app

1. Under Loans, select Credit limit from the list of available products.

2. Select the card for which you would like to add or increase your credit limit.

3. Enter your preferred credit limit.

4. Confirm the terms and conditions, and sign the order.

5. Your updated credit limit will be available within a few minutes.

 

Online bank

1. In the home page card section choose “Grant/increase credit limit”.

2. Select “Grant/increase credit limit” from the list of loan offers.

3. In the application, select the account number for the card for which you would like to add or increase your credit limit, and your new limit.

4. Confirm the terms and conditions, and sign the order.

 

5. Your updated credit limit will be available within a few minutes.
