How can I update my mobile phone number for Click to Pay?

⚠️ Please note: Changes to Mobile Phone Number made via Online Banking or other Citadele channels will apply not only to Click to Pay but also to all other bank services.

To update your mobile phone number just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Update your Mobile Phone number. 

1. First you need to Log in to Online Banking.
2. Go to Parameters > Contact Information.
3. Update your mobile phone number.   

In case, if something went wrong, please call +371 6701 0000 to update your number with the help of a Citadele representative.
    

Step2 : Update Reload in Mobile App

1. Open the Citadele Mobile App and log in.
2. Tap Cards in the menu.
3. Select the C card you are using for Click to Pay.
4. Tap Click to Pay, then press “Reload” next to the phone number.
