Explore the role

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential partnerships within the digital channel space;

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals;

  • Develop and maintain digital engagement and sales automation process, by defining target audiences, provide content in collaboration with other units, analyse results and proactive implementation of adjustments to optimize results;

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry changes;

  • Monthly salary according to your expertise in a range from 2200 to 2400 EUR gross before taxes.

Explore the criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field;

  • Experience in business development within the digital channels: Meta Business Tools (Facebook developer and ads manager), Google developer and ads, and email marketing;

  • In-depth understanding of digital technologies, market trends;

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for communication at the Pan-Baltic level;

  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and make informed decisions.
