Application for opening a temporary account

Remote opening of a temporary account is only available for newly established companies in the Republic of Latvia with up to five founders, all of whom are natural persons and residents of the Baltic states.

  • Download and fill in the

    • form-fill application for opening a temporary account

  • Sign it with an electronic signature. If there are multiple founders, each of them must sign the application with their own electronic signature (if necessary – in separate copies).
  • Make sure that the company's founding agreement/decision is also signed electronically (from all founders).
  • Attach both documents to this application.
  • Within 1 working day we will process your application and give you an answer by e-mail about opening a temporary account.
