Explore the role

  • Support experienced project managers in planning and implementing various projects related to savings, investments, and insurance.

  • Participate in team meetings and conduct research by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and outcomes.

  • Coordinate communication among project participants and ensure the completion of assigned tasks.

  • Salary in Latvia: 950 EUR gross before taxes and Lithuania 1200 EUR gross before taxes.

  • Students or young professionals with an interest in project management, finance, savings, or insurance.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Ability to analyse data and prepare reports.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented individual with good communication skills.

  • Analytical skills with experience in Excel or data visualization tools.

  • Excellent written and spoken  English skills is required for collaboration with Baltic colleagues and for using internal systems.
