Explore the role

  • Manage motor insurance distribution across the Baltics — working with partner insurers to shape offerings, keep documentation and disclosures compliant, and drive sales performance across all three markets.

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of digital insurance sales tools — online quote-and-buy journeys, embedded insurance, and in-app features together with IT, UX, and digital teams.

  • Build and grow insurtech and distribution partnerships - identify, evaluate, and onboard partners, build strong commercial relationships and make sure existing partnerships are fully leveraged.

  • Drive performance through data and customer insights - analyze penetration, conversion, and customer experience metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Monthly gross salary in Latvia ranges from €3,200 to €4,000, EUR depending on your skills and experience.

Explore the criteria

  • 3–5 years in insurance, bancassurance, or fintech — with hands-on exposure to motor or non-life insurance distribution. 

  • Good understanding of insurance intermediation: coverage structures, customer suitability, and IDD/IOBA obligations. 

  • Experience with digital insurance sales tools and online customer journeys, including collaboration with IT and UX teams to improve user experience and system integrations. 

  • Strong business and sales mindset. 

  • Analytical mindset and confidence working with conversion data. 

  • Fluent English skills are required due to the Pan-Baltic scope of the role.
