Explore the role

  • Assist in preparation of financial reports and management reports.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Analyze financial data and identify variances.

  • Assist in improving internal finance processes and documentation.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across Baltic teams.

  • Salary in Latvia: 950 EUR gross before taxes and Lithuania 1200 EUR gross before taxes.

Explore the criteria

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Excellent written and spoken  English skills is required for collaboration with Baltic colleagues and for using internal systems.

Interviews

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
