Explore the role

  • Engage in internal audit projects, contributing to the preparation of audit documentation.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to update and maintain internal audit documents, procedures.

  • Support the Internal Audit team in the creation of Power BI reports to enhance the efficiency of Internal Audit recommendation monitoring and reporting.

  • Aid the Internal Audit team in developing new capabilities within JIRA and Confluence to streamline processes and improve overall functionality.

  • Come up with suggestions for the use of AI tools in the internal audit processes.

  • Salary in Latvia: 950 EUR gross before taxes and Lithuania 1200 EUR gross before taxes.

Explore the criteria

  • Student of Law; Finance;  IT; Economics; Data Science fields.

  • Critical thinking.

  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Knowledge and understanding of IT-related risks and processes will be considered as advantage. 

  • Fluent local language (Latvian or Lithuanian) and English are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level.

  • Practical experience in using and applying AI tools will be considered as advantage.

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
