How do I order an C card?

If you want to become a Citadele client and receive an C card, you can do it via the mobile app or at one of the bank’s branches (by prior appointments). When you become a client via the Citadele mobile app, we will send you your card by mail in three business days.

If you are a client of the bank and you want to receive an C supreme card, keeping your existing card, in the online bank under Accounts and Cards xsection fill in the form Apply for new card. You will receive the card in the mail within 3 business days.

If you want to replace your existing card to the new C supreme card:
- in the Online banking under Correspondence with bank write a Free form Order to the bank;
- specify which card you want to replace with the new C supreme card and inform about correspondence address to receive the card;
- you will receive the card by mail within 3 business days.
