How do I activate my card using the Online banking?

To activate your card in the online bank:

1. Go to "Accounts and Cards"

2. Select “Activate card” from the left-hand column. Activate by entering the final five digits of your card.

3. Confirm the activation with one of your authorisation tools: a code from your code card, a code from your code calculator or a MobileSCAN code.

Activate within 90 days of receiving the card, otherwise the card will be closed. Even if you use Apple pay or Google pay, the plastic card must be activated within 90 days.
