Can I have grace period if my ability to fulfil obligations are limited due to war in Ukraine?

Yes, Citadele provides grace period for those clients who are affected due to geopolitical situation and cannot fulfil their obligations. These clients are invited to send an application to the bank for a grace period using Citadele mobile application or Citadele Online banking. Every application will be reviewed separately, and in case of a favourable decision, the customer will get grace period client will have to pay only interest payments, principal payments will be postponed (there will be no late payment penalties).
