How often do I have to update the information in my customer questionnaire?

The customer questionnaire should be updated regularly, or whenever there are any changes to the information therein, for example, if you change your address or phone number. When you receive a reminder about updating the questionnaire, you should update the information as quickly as possible. We will remind you to update your information 60 days before your questionnaire expires.
