Protection of Personal data/Why are banks asking questions?

When I log in to the online bank, the only action available to me is filling in the questionnaire. Why can’t I use the online bank?

We periodically ask all our customers to fill in the customer questionnaire, which we do in order to ensure a secure financial environment and comply with legislative requirements.
If your customer questionnaire has not been updated within a set period of time, we can place restrictions on your use of the online bank. As soon as the information has been updated, we will lift the restrictions and you will be able to access the bank’s services as usual.
