Pay bills remotely

Pay bills quickly, conveniently and easily through the online bank or app, which has instant payments 24 hours a day for when a transfer cannot wait.

Special offer for seniors—pay your bills by phone! During the state of emergency, paying a bill by phone costs 0.38 EUR. To receive this service:

  • Call the client support centre at 6701 0000 and identify yourself with your name, surname and personal code
  • Choose one of the list of confirmed recipients and state the amount. See the list of recipients here.
  • The bank will make a transfer from your account.
