What should I do if I don’t receive a text message with an authorisation code after 01 April?

The bank will send a text message with an authorisation code immediately after an action has been performed in Online Banking or the Citadele mobile application to confirm which an additional authorisation code is required. There may occasionally be delays in the delivery of text messages due to reasons beyond the bank’s control (bad network coverage of a mobile operator, network overload, etc). If a text message is not received within a minute after having reached the transaction signature step, a text message may be re-requested (up to three times). If none of the text messages are received, it may indicate that there are problems with the mobile network operator’s services or the mobile phone. In such case, please do not hesitate to contact the bank’s operator.
