What will be changed from 01 April 2017 if I have a code card?

You will be able to use a code card as before but in many cases an additional authorisation code will be required to confirm transactions. The bank will send the authorisation code to your mobile phone by SMS. Therefore, it is important to make sure that the mobile phone number at the disposal of the bank is correct to ensure that a text message with an authorisation code reaches its true recipient.

If you would like to take advantage of  the possibility of accessing Online Banking and making payments on your mobile device (smartphone or tablet) without using a code card, please activate the MobileSCAN authorisation tool integrated into the Citadele mobile application on your mobile phone. This may also done in Online Banking or at the bank’s branches.
