Vehicle leasing process
- Select the vehicle - a car or a motorcycle.
- Fill in application in the bank Citadele branch or by electronic means, sign, scan and send it to us at email@example.com .
- Submit the necessary documents at any branch of the bank Citadele or customer service centre .
- We will handle the application and notify the decision and financing conditions. If necessary – we will ask you to provide additional information.
- Submit the used vehicle valuation of our approved assessor or perform the vehicle assessment at the bank Citadele branch .
- We will prepare a leasing contract and related documents.
- Signing of the contract. Please note, that if the contract has a guarantor, the guarantee contracts must be signed together with the vehicle leasing basic contract.
- You make the first instalment and pay a commission fee, in accordance with the signed contract. Place the Motor Third Party Liability Compulsory Insurance and Comprehensive Car Insurance Coverage.
- You have registered a vehicle with the Road Traffic Safety Directorate in the name of SIA "Citadele līzings and faktorings". Bon voyage!
- You will receive a leasing payment invoice on a monthly basis electronically or through the post.
Necessary documents and forms
- Leasing application.
- Passport or ID card.
- Account statement for the last 6 months from the bank to which your income is transferred.
- When assessing the leasing application, in separate cases, the Bank may require that additional guarantor is involved. Application by guarantor of a private person.
- Assessment of the leasing object, made at the branch of Citadele Banka or made by our accepted assessor .
- Reference from the State Revenue Service regarding income or reference of similar content issued by tax administration of other country.
- In separate cases we may require submission of additional documents.
