What should I do if I have not managed to check and confirm my mobile phone number by 01 April 2017?

If you do not to check and confirm your mobile phone number in Online Banking, at a Citadele branch or by calling the bank’s Info Line by 01 April 2017, it may also be confirmed later by visiting the nearest Citadele branch or by calling Citadele’s 24/7 Information Line at 67010000. After 01 April 2017, it will not be possible to change your mobile phone number in Online Banking by using a code card only.
