I entered the incorrect phone number for the Mobilly prize

If you have made a mistake in the phone number when redeemed the Mobilly prize, then fill out an Order to the bank. In the Online bank, select “Correspondence with the bank” > “New order” > “Order to the bank”.

In the order, specify the information about the case, which number you provided and the phone number linked to the Mobilly profile, the one who should have been topped up.
